Booking and Appointments

You can book online, by phone, or if you are a hotel guest, you can stop by the Spa during our hours of operation.

We always encourage our guests to book in advance to secure their preferred services and times.

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours for most bookings and 72 hours for certain groups. If a service is canceled within 24 hours, a penalty fee of 50% applies. No-call no-shows incur a 100% fee.

Payment Methods

Hotel guests can charge to their room or use a credit card. Local guests are required to use a credit card at check-out.

Guests can pay in advance by purchasing an e-card. We do not process payments over the phone or with the credit card used to guarantee the booking. An actual credit card is required at check-out.

Services and Treatments

We recommend not drinking alcohol or consuming food before your spa services. If you are having a facial, avoid shaving that day. The Spa provides lockers with slippers and robes for your use during your visit.

We offer services for both men and women. Pregnant women can enjoy massages after their first trimester and facials at any time during pregnancy, but no body treatments.

The Spa is an adult facility and does not offer services for children. However, guests aged 16 or 17 can enjoy a massage with a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room or a facial.

Our Spa offers massages, facials and body treatments only. Nail services are not available at any Hotel ZaZa location.

Facility and Amenities

Please bring an ID and a credit card. Hotel guests can also charge to their hotel room.

Our locker areas are separate for men and women, but the relaxation areas are co-ed.

Yes, we offer lockers with robes and slippers, showers, restrooms, and an infrared sauna for your use before or after your treatment.

Guests can use the hotel or fitness center either three hours before or after their scheduled services. This policy may change during holidays, so please ask first.

No, only local and hotel guests with booked services are allowed to use the spa and hotel facilities.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to change and prepare for your treatment. It's important to verify the location of your booking and, if you’re not a hotel guest, check traffic conditions.

Policies and Procedures

At check-out, the receipt includes a standard 20% service charge (gratuity), which is adjustable at the guest’s discretion and not mandatory.

We encourage guests to leave their cell phones in the locker areas to maintain a peaceful and relaxing ambiance in the relaxation area.

Please communicate any medical concerns or allergies at the time of booking. Some conditions may be contraindications for receiving spa services.

Gift Cards and Promotions

Yes, the hotel offers gift cards that can be used at the Spa or any other outlet across the company. You can purchase them online or at any of our locations. Please note that gift cards purchased online are subject to a 48-hour activation process.

There are discounts available for Spa groups and ZaZa Zip members. However, military discounts are not available.

Hotel ZaZa Museum District is open every day:

  1. Monday – Tuesday: 10am-6pm
  2. Wednesday – Thursday: 10am-7pm
  3. Friday – Saturday: 9am-7pm
  4. Sunday: 9am-6pm

Yes, local guests can valet, and the spa coordinator will validate your hotel parking ticket.

Our relaxation areas offer a variety of snacks, coffee, and teas. However, our spa guests cannot order or bring outside food into the Spa due to concerns about aromas and maintaining a tranquil environment. Guests can order cocktails or wine from the hotel bar, but bringing your own alcohol to the spa is not permitted.
