Phantom Ballroom
6,800 square feet
Rich, crimson drapes and gold sheers beautifully frame the floor-to-ceiling windows and spectacular, sweeping fountain views beyond. Three gorgeous custom chandeliers give the room its sparkle from above, while sconces light up the walls to show off color and texture. This is a dramatic room with a large lift in the center that can introduce a band, display a winning car, or spectacularly present a bride and groom by rising out of the floor with theatrical flair. It’s a magical space quite capable of turning an ordinary event into something completely unforgettable.
Phantom Foyer
1,200 square feet
Tucked between Piano Man and the Phantom Ballroom, you can make this room into your own exclusive nightclub, with low ceilings, a portable bar in the corner and velvet-covered, mirror-backed banquets. Neutral walls play off the black and gold damask carpet and highlight the black mohair chairs. Just add music and play.
Hemingway
1,160 square feet
A nod to the man and his adventures. A strongly masculine space that manages to be luxurious as well. Dark, stained-wood panels abound and zebra-print carpet covers the floor. A majestic fireplace crowned with an animal trophy commands one wall, while a beautiful bar takes over another. An impressive space for meetings or events.
Déjà Vu
1,040 square feet
Similar in style to Hemingway but with a few more feminine flourishes, like woven paneled walls, zebra-print carpeting and a mirrored wall framed in ruby and sheer gold drapes. This space is connected to Hemingway through a doorway, giving the ability to use both rooms separately or combined together. A delight either way.
Napoleon

A continuation of our fashion-focused lobby, this sophisticated room is just as right for private meetings as it is for intimate dinners and cocktail receptions. Black doors, crystal chandeliers and creamy white walls that beautifully display artwork make this a heavenly space.
Fountain Room
864 square feet
Brown velvet drapes, dark leather banquettes and leopard print carpeting give this room a rich and dramatic feel. Located just off Monarch restaurant’s main dining room, with impressive views of the fountains beyond, this romantic space has moveable furniture to adapt to a variety of meeting or social situations.
Piano Man
A lovely space for entertaining that can be on-show, through the glass wall separating it from other spaces, or hidden behind silk curtains. The Warwick Chandelier, which hangs overhead, highlights a large piano, while black leather chairs are casually set throughout the space, and a small, moveable bar makes everyone feel welcome.
Conspiracy Room
1,025 square feet
Take a step back in time and down to our basement, where a slide peephole allows the host to check the guest’s identity before entering. Once inside, you’ll find a private bar staffed with your own bartender, and furnished with a pool table, an overhanging chandelier and comfy speakeasy seating throughout. An unexpected venue that’s just right for smaller meetings, bachelor parties or intimate dinner parties.
Vault Room
391 square feet
Home to our wine collection and a small tasting table, this room can be a clever addition to the rental of the Conspiracy Room.
